Network marketing attracts people from all walks of life and from all adult age groups. Therefore the distributors in each network organization represent large pools of skills, experiences, training and education, personalities, etc.

From this talent pool, your first source of help will be your sponsor who has a vested interest to see you succeed. As we see in the section on Mentoring Leverage, your sponsor normally performs a mentor role and applies his or her talent towards your success quite voluntarily, without cost.

Secondly, and representing a key strength of the Unicity Network program, there are eight additional levels of associates in your upline above your sponsor, who also have an interest in your success. Unicity’s compensation plan recognizes and pays out to nine levels. Your sponsor and the eight people in the successline above your sponsor benefit from your success. These people have achieved levels in the business demonstrating their talent to conduct the business successfully. Each of these people is available as a resource if you call upon them for help. Since they are not your direct sponsor, informal etiquette suggests that you approach them for assistance. They will be most willing to help.

Thirdly, at larger company seminar, conference and convention gatherings, multiple successlines are brought together to share experiences and talents with all. Outstanding guest speakers, with considerable experience and talent are often featured at these events.

Finally, there are numerous tools in the industry provided to better equip you to develop your business. Unicity audio and video tapes, literature, web sites, phone conferences as well as a wide variety of materials from network marketing industry consultants and publishers are available for your benefit.
